KEY FINDINGS AT AUGUST 2013
The headline inflation rate in August 2013 (i.e. the Consumer Price Index for all urban areas in August 2013 compared with that at August 2012) was 6,4%
The official inflation rate (i.e. the percentage change in the CPI for all urban areas in August 2013 compared with that in August 2012) was 6,4% at August 2013. This rate was 0,1 of a percentage point higher than the corresponding annual rate of 6,3% in July 2013 (i.e. the Consumer Price Index for all urban areas in July 2013 compared with that in July 2012).
From July 2013 to August 2013 the Consumer Price Index for all urban increased by 0,3%.
