The official inflation rate (i.e. the percentage change in the CPI for all urban areas in May 2013 compared with that in May 2012) was 5,6% at May 2013. This rate was 0,3 of a percentage point lower than the corresponding annual rate of 5,9% in April 2013 (i.e. the Consumer Price Index for all urban areas in April 2013 compared with that in April 2012).

From April 2013 to May 2013 the Consumer Price Index for all urban decreased by 0,3%.
