Key findings: P0141 - Consumer Price Index (CPI), October 2011
The headline inflation rate in October 2011 (i.e. the Consumer Price Index for all urban areas in October 2011 compared with that at October 2010) was 6,0%
The official inflation rate (i.e. the percentage change in the CPI for all urban areas in October 2011 compared with that in October 2010) was 6,0% at October 2011. This rate was 0,3 of a percentage point higher then the corresponding annual rate of 5,7% in September 2011 (i.e. the Consumer Price Index for all urban areas in September 2011 compared with that in September 2010).
From September 2011 to October 2011 the Consumer Price Index for all urban increased by 0,5%.
Headline CPI October 2011 = 6,0%.
