Key findings: P0141 - Consumer Price Index (CPI), August 2011
The headline inflation rate in August 2011 (i.e. the Consumer Price Index for all urban areas in August 2011 compared with that at August 2010) was 5,3%
The official inflation rate (i.e. the percentage change in the CPI for all urban areas in August 2011 compared with that in August 2010) was 5,3% at August 2011. This rate was unchanged from the corresponding annual rate of 5,3% in July 2011 (i.e. the Consumer Price Index for all urban areas in July 2011 compared with that in July 2010).
From July 2011 to August 2011 the Consumer Price Index for all urban increased by 0,2%.
