The headline inflation rate in April 2011 (i.e. the Consumer Price Index for all urban areas in April 2011 compared with that at April 2010) was 4,2%

The official inflation rate (i.e. the percentage change in the CPI for all urban areas in April 2011 compared with that in April 2010) was 4,2% at April 2011. This rate was 0,1 of a percentage point higher than the corresponding annual rate of 4,1% in March 2011 (i.e. the Consumer Price Index for all urban areas in March  2011 compared with that in March  2010).

From March 2011 to April 2011 the Consumer Price Index for all urban increased by 0,3%.
