Key findings: P0141 - Consumer Price Index (CPI), October 2009
The headline inflation rate in October 2009 (i.e. the Consumer Price Index for all urban areas in October 2009 compared with that at October 2008) was 5,9%
The official inflation rate (i.e. the percentage change in the CPI for all urban areas in October 2009 compared with that in October 2008) was 5,9% at October 2009. This rate was 0,2 of a percentage point lower than the corresponding annual rate of 6,1% in September 2009 (i.e. the Consumer Price Index for all urban areas in September 2009 compared with that in September 2008).
From September 2009 to October 2009 the Consumer Price Index for all urban areas remained unchanged.
