Key findings: P0043 - Statistics of Liquidations and insolvencies, August 2022
The total number of liquidations increased by 44,8% in August 2022 compared with August 2021. Liquidations of close corporations increased by 62 cases and liquidations of companies increased by 12 cases during this period. The total number of liquidations increased by 18,8% in the three months ended August 2022 compared with the three months ended August 2021. An increase of 0,8% was recorded in the first eight months of 2022 compared with the first eight months of 2021.
