Key findings: P0043 - Statistics of Liquidations and insolvencies, December 2020
The number of liquidations decreased
by 0,3% in 2020 compared with 2019. Liquidations of companies increased by 7,9%
(from 1 079 to 1 164), while liquidations of close corporations decreased
by 9,6% (from 963 to 871).
The estimated number of insolvencies decreased by 31,1% in the three
months ended November 2020 compared with the three months ended November 2019.
There was a year-on-year decrease of 7,6% in November 2020.
