Key findings: P0043 - Statistics of Liquidations and insolvencies, January 2016
The total number of liquidations recorded decreased by 0,7% (1 case fewer) year-on-year in January 2016. Voluntary liquidations decreased by 4 cases and compulsory liquidations increased by 3 cases. There was a decrease of 8,4% in the three months ended January 2016 compared with the three months ended January 2015..
The estimated number of insolvencies increased by 7,1% year-on-year in December 2015. A 12,8% decrease was estimated between the fourth quarter of 2014 and the fourth quarter of 2015. Insolvencies decreased by 14,3% (from 3 119 to 2 674) in 2015 compared with 2014.
