Key findings: P0043 - Statistics of Liquidations and insolvencies, December 2014
The number of liquidations decreased by 0,2% in the fourth quarter of 2014 compared with the fourth quarter of 2013. There was a year-on-year decrease of 14,0% (20 fewer liquidations) in December 2014. The number of liquidations decreased by 13,1% in 2014 compared with 2013.This followed annual changes of -12,6% in 2013 and -23,7% in 2012.
The estimated number of insolvencies increased by 2,4% year-on-year in November 2014. A 5,3% increase was estimated between the three months ended November 2013 and the three months ended November 2014. There was a decrease of 3,5% in the first eleven months of 2014 compared with the first eleven months of 2013.
