Key findings: P0043 - Statistics of Liquidations and insolvencies, May 2008
The total number of liquidations recorded for the five months ended May 2008 increased by 7,2% (from 1 118 to 1 199) when compared with the five months ended May 2007. However, the total number of liquidations recorded for May 2008 decreased by 2,9% (from 273 to 265) when compared with May 2007.
The total number of insolvencies recorded for the four months ended April 2008 increased by 9,7% (from 549 to 602) compared with the four months ended April 2007. Furthermore, the total number of insolvencies recorded for April 2008 increased by 3,4% (from 147 to 152) when compared with April 2007.
