Key findings: P0043 - Statistics of Liquidations and insolvencies, August 2007
The total number of liquidations recorded for the eight months ended August 2007 decreased by 1,6% (from 1 990 to 1 958) when compared with the eight months ended August 2006. However, the total number of liquidations recorded for August 2007 increased by 16,2% (from 333 to 387) when compared with August 2006.
The total number of insolvencies recorded for the seven months ended July 2007 decreased by 21,0% (from 872 to 689) compared with the seven months ended July 2006. Furthermore, the total number of insolvencies recorded for July 2007 decreased by 22,6% (from 115 to 89) when compared with July 2006.
