Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, September 2020
The
total number of civil summonses issued for debt decreased by 23,1% in the third
quarter of 2020 compared with the third quarter of 2019.
The
total number of civil judgements recorded for debt decreased by 32,2% in the
third quarter of 2020 compared with the third quarter of 2019.
The
total value of civil judgements recorded for debt decreased by 21,5% in the
third quarter of 2020 compared with the third quarter of 2019.
