Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, December 2019
The total number of civil summonses issued for debt increased by 1,1%
in 2019 compared with 2018.
The total number of civil judgements recorded for debt decreased by 7,4% in 2019 compared with 2018.
The total value of civil judgements recorded for debt was 3,1% lower in 2019 compared with 2018.
