Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, February 2024
The
total number of civil summonses issued for debt decreased by 14,5% in the three
months ended February 2024 compared with the three months ended February 2023.
The
total number of civil judgements recorded for debt decreased by 1,5% in the
three months ended February 2024 compared with the three months ended February
2023.
The
total value of civil judgements recorded for debt increased by 11,3% in the
three months ended February 2024 compared with the three months ended February
2023.
