Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, January 2024
The
total number of civil summonses issued for debt decreased by 15,0% in the three
months ended January 2024 compared with the three months ended January 2023.
The
total number of civil judgements recorded for debt decreased by 4,3% in the
three months ended January 2024 compared with the three months ended January
2023.
The
total value of civil judgements recorded for debt increased by 9,2% in the
three months ended January 2024 compared with the three months ended January
2023.
