Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, November 2023
The
total number of civil summonses issued for debt decreased by 7,4% in the three
months ended November 2023 compared with the three months ended November 2022.
The
total number of civil judgements recorded for debt increased by 0,6% in the
three months ended November 2023 compared with the three months ended November
2022.
The
total value of civil judgements recorded for debt increased by 4,0% in the
three months ended November 2023 compared with the three months ended November
2022.
