Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, October 2023
The total number of civil summonses issued for
debt decreased by 1,6% in the three months ended October 2023 compared with the
three months ended October 2022.
The total number of civil judgements recorded
for debt increased by 2,2% in the three months ended October 2023 compared with
the three months ended October 2022.
The total value of civil judgements recorded
for debt increased by 5,7% in the three months ended October 2023 compared with
the three months ended October 2022.
