Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, September 2023
The
total number of civil summonses issued for debt decreased by 4,1% in the third
quarter of 2023 compared with the third quarter of 2022.
The
total number of civil judgements recorded for debt decreased by 0,9% in the
third quarter of 2023 compared with the third quarter of 2022.
The
total value of civil judgements recorded for debt increased by 7,5% in the
third quarter of 2023 compared with the third quarter of 2022.
