Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, July 2023
The total number of civil summonses issued for debt decreased by 1,1%
in the three months ended July 2023 compared with the three months ended July
2022.
The
total number of civil judgements recorded for debt increased by 0,8% in the
three months ended July 2023 compared with the three months ended July 2022.
The total value of civil judgements recorded for debt increased by 9,8%
in the three months ended July 2023 compared with the three months ended July
2022.
