Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, May 2023
The
total number of civil summonses issued for debt decreased by 1,2% in the three
months ended May 2023 compared with the three months ended May 2022.
The
total number of civil judgements recorded for debt increased by 1,8% in the
three months ended May 2023 compared with the three months ended May 2022.
The
total value of civil judgements recorded for debt increased by 10,8% in the
three months ended May 2023 compared with the three months ended May 2022.
