Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, April 2023
The
total number of civil summonses issued for debt increased by 0,3% in the three
months ended April 2023 compared with the three months ended April 2022.
The total
number of civil judgements recorded for debt decreased by 1,9% in the three
months ended April 2023 compared with the three months ended April 2022.
The
total value of civil judgements recorded for debt increased by 5,1% in the
three months ended April 2023 compared with the three months ended April 2022.
