Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, March 2023
The total number of civil summonses issued for debt increased by 4,7%
in the first quarter of 2023 compared with the first quarter of 2022.
The total number of civil judgements recorded for debt decreased by
2,9% in the first quarter of 2023 compared with the first quarter of 2022.
The total value of civil judgements recorded for debt increased by 0,3%
in the first quarter of 2023 compared with the first quarter of 2022.
