Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, February 2023
The
total number of civil summonses issued for debt increased by 3,5% in the three
months ended February 2023 compared with the three months ended February 2022.
The
total number of civil judgements recorded for debt decreased by 8,8% in the
three months ended February 2023 compared with the three months ended February
2022.
The
total value of civil judgements recorded for debt decreased by 10,5% in the
three months ended February 2023 compared with the three months ended February
2022.
