Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, January 2023
The
total number of civil summonses issued for debt increased by 10,8% in the three
months ended January 2023 compared with the three months ended January 2022.
The
total number of civil judgements recorded for debt decreased by 4,8% in the
three months ended January 2023 compared with the three months ended January
2022.
The
total value of civil judgements recorded for debt decreased by 5,6% in the
three months ended January 2023 compared with the three months ended January
2022.
