Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, November 2022
The total number of civil summonses issued for debt increased by 6,6%
in the three months ended November 2022 compared with the three months ended
November 2021.
The total number of civil judgements recorded for debt decreased by
10,7% in the three months ended November 2022 compared with the three months
ended November 2021.
The total value of civil judgements recorded for debt decreased by 7,7%
in the three months ended November 2022 compared with the three months ended
November 2021.
