Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, September 2022
The total number of civil summonses issued for
debt increased by 11,1% in the third quarter of 2022 compared with the third
quarter of 2021.
The total number of civil judgements recorded
for debt decreased by 4,1% in the third quarter of 2022 compared with the third
quarter of 2021.
The total value of civil judgements recorded
for debt decreased by 5,8% in the third quarter of 2022 compared with the third
quarter of 2021.
