Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, August 2021
The
total number of civil summonses issued for debt increased by 2,6% in the three
months ended August 2021 compared with the three months ended August 2020.
The
total number of civil judgements recorded for debt increased by 22,8% in the
three months ended August 2021 compared with the three months ended August
2020.
The
total value of civil judgements recorded for debt increased by 43,5% in the
three months ended August 2021 compared with the three months ended August
2020.
