Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, October 2020
The
total number of civil summonses issued for debt decreased by 17,8% in the three
months ended October 2020 compared with the three months ended October 2019.
The
total number of civil judgements recorded for debt decreased by 23,3% in the
three months ended October 2020 compared with the three months ended October
2019.
The
total value of civil judgements recorded for debt decreased by 8,0% in the
three months ended October 2020 compared with the three months ended October
2019.
