Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, October 2015
The total number of civil summonses issued for debt decreased by 20,3% in the three months ended October 2015 compared with the three months ended October 2014. A year-on-year decrease of 20,3% was recorded in October 2015.
The total number of civil judgements recorded for debt decreased by 3,0% in the three months ended October 2015 compared with the three months ended October 2014. The number of judgements granted for debt in October 2015 decreased by 5,9% compared with October 2014.
The total value of civil judgements recorded for debt was 12,2% higher in the three months ended October 2015 compared with the three months ended October 2014. An increase of 2,7% was recorded between October 2014 and October 2015.
