Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, September 2015
The total number of civil summonses issued for debt decreased by 21,5% in the third quarter of 2015 compared with the third quarter of 2014. A year-on-year decrease of 15,9% was recorded in September 2015.
The total number of civil judgements recorded for debt decreased by 4,5% in the third quarter of 2015 compared with the third quarter of 2014. An increase of 2,0% was recorded between September 2014 and September 2015.
The total value of civil judgements recorded for debt was 18,9% higher in the third quarter of 2015 compared with the third quarter of 2014. A year-on-year increase of 13,4% was recorded in September 2015.
