Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, December 2014
The total number of civil summonses issued for debt decreased by 3,4% in the three months ended December 2014 compared with the three months ended December 2013. A 6,7% decrease was recorded between December 2013 and December 2014.
The total number of civil judgements recorded for debt decreased by 18,3% in the three months ended December 2014 compared with the three months ended December 2013. A decrease of 6,7% was recorded year-on-year in December 2014.
The total value of civil judgements recorded for debt was 12,7% lower in the three months ended December 2014 compared with the three months ended December 2013. A year-on-year decrease of 3,8% was recorded in December 2014.
