Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, October 2014
The total number of civil summonses issued for debt decreased by 3,8% in the three months ended October 2014 compared with the three months ended October 2013. A 2,2% decrease was recorded between October 2013 and October 2014.
The total number of civil judgements recorded for debt decreased by 19,4% in the three months ended October 2014 compared with the three months ended October 2013. A decrease of 22,6% was recorded year-on-year in October 2014.
The total value of civil judgements recorded for debt was 21,3% lower in the three months ended October 2014 compared with the three months ended October 2013. A year-on-year decrease of 16,3% was recorded in October 2014.
