Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, May 2014
The total number of civil summonses issued for debt decreased by 9,3% in the three months ended May 2014 compared with the three months ended May 2013. A 12,0% decrease was recorded between May 2013 and May 2014.
The total number of civil judgements recorded for debt decreased by 16,2% in the three months ended May 2014 compared with the three months ended May 2013. A decrease of 22,4% was recorded year-on-year in May.
The total value of civil judgements recorded for debt was 16,7% lower in the three months ended May 2014 compared with the three months ended May 2013. A year-on-year decrease of 20,1% was recorded in May 2014.
