Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, January 2014
The total number of civil summonses issued for debt decreased by 3,8% in the three months ended January 2014 compared with the three months ended January 2013. A 6,1% increase was recorded between January 2013 and January 2014.
The total number of civil judgements recorded for debt decreased by 5,5% in the three months ended January 2014 compared with the three months ended January 2013. A decrease of 0,7% was recorded year-on-year in January 2014.
The total value of civil judgements recorded for debt was 5,6% higher in the three months ended January 2014 compared with the three months ended January 2013. A year-on-year increase of 0,1% was recorded in January 2014.
