Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, December 2013
The total number of civil summonses issued for debt decreased by 11,5% in 2013 compared with 2012. There was a decrease of 2,3% in the fourth quarter of 2013 compared with the fourth quarter of 2012. A year-on-year decrease of 11,3% was recorded in December 2013.
The total number of civil judgements recorded for debt decreased by 16,6% in 2013 compared with 2012. A 6,4% decrease was recorded in the fourth quarter of 2013 compared with the fourth quarter of 2012. A year-on-year decrease of 5,3% was recorded in December 2013.
The total value of civil judgements recorded for debt increased by 0,9% in 2013 compared with 2012. A 4,2% increase was recorded in the fourth quarter of 2013 compared with the fourth quarter of 2012. A year-on-year increase of 8,1% was recorded in December 2013.
