Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, November 2013
The total number of civil summonses issued for debt increased by 0,3% in the three months ended November 2013 compared with the three months ended November 2012. A 6,5% decrease was recorded between November 2012 and November 2013.
The total number of civil judgements recorded for debt decreased by 7,8% in the three months ended November 2013 compared with the three months ended November 2012. A decrease of 9,3% was recorded year-on-year in November 2013.
The total value of civil judgements recorded for debt was 2,1% higher in the three months ended November 2013 compared with the three months ended November 2012. A year-on-year increase of 7,7% was recorded in November 2013.
