Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, October 2013
The total number of civil summonses issued for debt increased by 3,6% in the three months ended October 2013 compared with the three months ended October 2012. A 7,6% increase was recorded between October 2012 and October 2013.
The total number of civil judgements recorded for debt decreased by 11,2% in the three months ended October 2013 compared with the three months ended October 2012. A decrease of 4,7% was recorded year-on-year in October 2013.
The total value of civil judgements recorded for debt was 3,2% lower in the three months ended October 2013 compared with the three months ended October 2012. A year-on-year decrease of 1,5% was recorded in October 2013.
