Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, September 2013
The total number of civil summonses issued for debt increased by 5,3% in the third quarter of 2013 compared with the third quarter of 2012. A year-on-year decrease of 0,4% was recorded in September 2013.
The total number of civil judgements recorded for debt decreased by 14,7% in the third quarter of 2013 compared with the third quarter of 2012. A year-on-year decrease of 9,7% was recorded in September 2013.
The total value of civil judgements recorded for debt was 3,9% lower in the third quarter of 2013 compared with the third quarter of 2012. A year-on-year increase of 0,5% was recorded in September 2013.
