Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, May 2013
The total number of civil summonses issued for debt decreased by 20,8% in the three months ended May 2013 compared with the three months ended May 2012. A 15,6% decrease was recorded between May 2012 and May 2013.
The total number of civil judgements recorded for debt decreased by 17,2% year-on-year in the three months ended May 2013. A 9,5% decrease was recorded in May 2013 compared with May 2012.
The total value of civil judgements recorded for debt was 11,4% higher in the three months ended May 2013 compared with the same period of 2012. A year-on-year increase of 3,0% was recorded in May 2013.
