Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, March 2013
The total number of civil summonses issued for debt decreased by 33,4% in the first quarter of 2013 compared with the first quarter of 2012. A year-on-year decrease of 38,6% was recorded in March 2013.
The total number of civil judgements recorded for debt decreased by 33,1% year-on-year in the first quarter of 2013. A 35,5% decrease was recorded in March 2013 compared with March 2012.
The total value of civil judgements recorded for debt increased by 4,6% in the first quarter of 2013 compared with the same period of 2012. A year-on-year increase of 8,2% was recorded in March 2013.
