Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, February 2013
The total number of civil summonses issued for debt decreased by 28,2% in the three months ended February 2013 compared with the three months ended February 2012. A 33,9% year-on-year decrease was recorded in February.
The total number of civil judgements recorded for debt decreased by 27,1% in the three months ended February 2013 compared with the three months ended February 2012. A 35,4% year-on-year decrease was recorded in February 2013.
There was a 0,8% decrease in the total value of civil judgements recorded for debt in the three months ended February 2013 compared with the three months ended February 2012. However, a year-on-year increase of 2,6% was recorded in February 2013.
