Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, January 2013
A 24,3% decrease in the total number of civil summonses issued for debt was recorded in the three months ended January 2013 compared with the three months ended January 2012. A 27,3% year-on-year decrease was recorded in January 2013.
The total number of civil judgements recorded for debt decreased by 17,1% in the three months ended January 2013 compared with the three months ended January 2012. A year-on-year decrease of 27,1% was recorded in January 2013.
There was a 1,5% decrease in the total value of civil judgements recorded for debt in the three months ended January 2013 compared with the three months ended January 2012. A year-on-year increase of 3,8% was recorded in January 2013.
