Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, November 2012
A 21,9% decrease in the total number of civil summonses issued for debt was recorded in the three months ended November 2012 compared with the three months ended November 2011. A 23,9% year-on-year decrease was recorded in November 2012.
The total number of civil judgements recorded for debt decreased by 15,2% in the three months ended November 2012 compared with the three months ended November 2011. A year-on-year decrease of 9,8% was recorded in November 2012.
There was a 3,2% increase in the total value of civil judgements recorded for debt in the three months ended November 2012 compared with the three months ended November 2011. A year-on-year increase of 1,4% was recorded in November 2012.
