Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, September 2012
A 22,3% decrease in the total number of civil summonses issued for debt was recorded in the third quarter of 2012 compared with the third quarter of 2011. A 24,6% year-on-year decrease was recorded in September 2012.
There was a 0,1% increase in the total value of civil judgements recorded for debt in the third quarter of 2012 compared with the third quarter of 2011. A year-on-year decrease of 2,4% was recorded in September 2012.
The total number of civil judgements recorded for debt decreased by 15,3% in the third quarter of 2012 compared with the third quarter of 2011. A year-on-year decrease of 21,6% was recorded in September 2012.
