Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, June 2012

A 6,5% decrease in the total number of civil summonses issued for debt was recorded in the second quarter of 2012 compared with the second quarter of 2011. A 7,9% year-on-year decrease was recorded in June 2012.
 
The second quarter of 2012 reflected a 23,3% decrease in the total number of civil judgements recorded for debt compared with the second quarter of 2011. A year-on-year decrease of 23,1% was recorded in June 2012.
 
There was a 14,9% decrease in the total value of civil judgements recorded for debt in the second quarter of 2012 compared with the second quarter of 2011. A year-on-year decrease of 15,6% was recorded in June 2012.
