Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, December 2011
A 17,9% decrease in the total number of civil summonses issued for debt was recorded in 2011 compared with 2010. The fourth quarter of 2011 recorded a 12,2% decrease compared with the fourth quarter of 2010. A year-on-year decrease of 20,4% was recorded in December 2011.
There was a 25,3% decrease in the total number of civil judgements recorded for debt in 2011 compared with 2010. The fourth quarter of 2011 reflected a 23,8% decrease compared with the fourth quarter of 2010. A year-on-year decrease of 26,5% was recorded in December 2011.
The total value of civil judgements recorded for debt decreased by 21,5% in 2011 compared with 2010. The fourth quarter of 2011 reflected a 20,5% decrease compared with the fourth quarter of 2010. There was a year-on-year decrease of 18,0% recorded in December 2011.
