Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, September 2011
A 20,4% decrease in the total number of civil summonses issued for debt was recorded for the third quarter of 2011 compared with the third quarter of 2010. A year-on-year decrease of 26,3% was recorded in September 2011.
The third quarter of 2011 reflected a 27,4% decrease in the total number of civil judgements recorded for debt compared with the third quarter of 2010. A year-on-year decrease of 27,4% was also recorded in September 2011.
There was a 24,9% decrease in the total value of civil judgements recorded for debt for the third quarter of 2011 compared with the third quarter of 2010. A year-on-year decrease of 32,5% was recorded in September 2011.
