Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, August 2011
An 18,3% decrease in the total number of civil summonses issued for debt was recorded for the three months ended August 2011 compared with the three months ended August 2010. A year-on-year decrease of 15,4% was recorded in August 2011.
The total number of civil judgements recorded for debt for the three months ended August 2011 decreased by 27,3% compared with the three months ended August 2010. A year-on-year decrease of 22,7% was recorded in August 2011.
There was a 19,7% decrease in the total value of civil judgements recorded for debt for the three months ended August 2011 compared with the three months ended August 2010. A year-on-year decrease of 13,9% was recorded in August 2011.
