Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, July 2011
The three months ended July 2011 reflected a 22,7% decrease in the total number of civil summonses issued for debt compared with the three months ended July 2010. A year-on-year decrease of 18,9% was recorded in July 2011.
The total number of civil judgements recorded for debt for the three months ended July 2011 decreased by 25,7% compared with the three months ended July 2010. A year-on-year decrease of 31,4% was recorded in July 2011.
There was an 18,9% decrease in the total value of civil judgements recorded for debt for the three months ended July 2011 compared with the three months ended July 2010. A year-on-year decrease of 27,5% was recorded in July 2011.
